ISOPOD
The ISO-POD is the first and most important solution to isolate infected or contaminated patients during transport. ISO-POD is an individual isolated isolation and transport system for patients who are infected or carrying a contagious disease. What is special about the ISOPOD system is that it is possible to perform life-saving medical procedures. It has been designed with the advice of doctors and emergency workers and has been frequently used in the Ebola and MERS crises. It can be set up for two minutes and is easy to store.
The ISOPOD ensures safe transport of a patient with a contagious disease such as Ebola, Lassa, MERS or Corona as well as those with chemical exposure or ingestion.

The unit is completely airtight and is equipped with a
HEPA filtered ventilation system. It is capable of either
depressurization to isolate highly contagious
patients (thus protecting medical staff)
or overpressurization to protect transported patients
from external contamination (transmission of immunocompromised
patients or evacuation and care for casualties in CBRN
war zone environments).
Thanks to its features (including a built-in
inflatable mattress and two rechargeable motors), patients
can remain isolated and confined in the PIC for an unlimited
period of time.
